Food trucks will be responsible for their own trucks, generators etc. and are responsible for the disposal of any grease used as we don't have a facility to do so. Food Trucks are prohibited from serving alcohol under the regulations of the AGCO. All staff/servers must be of age in order to participate on Friday evening. Lanyards will be provided for any staff. Friday Sept 19th will be our opening night and is a licensed, ticketed event from 5 pm to 9 pm. Your menu may differ on Friday evening as opposed to Saturday Sept 20th, which is catering more to families. Friday we anticipate 500+ people. Saturday is from 10 am to 7 pm and last year we had approximately 2000 people in attendance. As it is not ticketed, we don't know exact numbers.
