The forth annual Grand River Arts Festival is a celebration and exhibition of visual arts, music, and theatre, held on the historic grounds of Glenhyrst Arts Gallery in Brantford, Ontario.

Food truck vendors participating at the Grand River Arts Festival, who are not annually licensed in Brantford, will need to obtain a temporary special event food service vehicle licence for the event ($100.oo fee to the municipality). Please find the application here and complete and submit by May 29th, 2026 to the City of Brantford Clerks department.

For all food vendors, trucks and other, to secure your spot at the event, please complete this form below no later than Friday May 29, 2026.

Vendors attending who are not food trucks, a tent and 2 - 8’ tables (includes prep) table) will be provided for use.
