The event will be held at 20 Ava Rd. Brantford, ON from Friday Sept 15 at 5 pm to 9 pm (ticketed event) and Sept 16 from 11 am to 8 pm - free event, all are welcome.

Parking is available on the grounds of Glenhyrst at 20 Ava Rd. Brantford which is free of charge. We also have a secondary parking lot at St. John’s College at 80 Paris Rd. (2 min away) and will provide a marked Shuttle Van to and from the event.

The closest Brantford Transit stop is close to the W. Ross MacDonald School on Brant Ave. and St. Paul. This is a short 5 minute walk to the festival.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but we have a wide range of food vendors and food trucks offering delicious options.

There will be a variety of food options including burgers and fries, gourmet pizzas, vegetarian options, charcuterie boards and desserts including ice cream and baked goods.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own seating to enjoy the performances comfortably.

While we love pets, for the safety and comfort of all attendees, please leave your pets at home. Service animals are welcome.

Yes, there will be restroom facilities available throughout the festival buildings - in the Main Gallery, Cottage and Coach House.

The festival will take place rain or shine, so be prepared for the weather. In case of severe weather conditions, updates will be posted on our website and social media channels.

Yes, there will be ATM available for cash withdrawals, but vendors may also accept card payments.

Friday Sept 15 - our opening night event is a licensed event and alcohol will be sold, but outside alcohol is not permitted. There is no alcohol permitted onsite on Saturday Sept 16.

Friday Sept 15 is a +19 event, so children are not allowed entry. Saturday Sept 16, we have a dedicated children's area with various activities and entertainment suitable for kids of all ages.

Yes, we strive to make our festival accessible to all. We have 2 accessible bathrooms onsite and several spaces in the park area which area accessible.
