Restaurants are responsible for the disposal of any grease used as we do not have the facility to do so. Restaurants are prohibited from serving alcohol under the regulations of the AGCO. All staff/servers must be of age in order to participate. Only 3 staff per Restaurant allowed. We will provide lanyards for staff. All restaurants will be provided with an 8-foot table and a floor length table cloth. Hand washing stations, fire extinguishers, garbage containers, floor mats, plates, cutlery, napkins, signage, ice and water will be supplied by Glenhyrst.
